Beautiful subject, great lighting and capture. The slope of the shoulders and line of the face have enough of a tilt to the right that it throws the shot off.

Personally I love this portrait very much. I like balanced lighting. (My photography teacher always want 1 or 2 stops difference to enhance the depth in the picture, but I think here you did a very good job !!)
